We are delighted to announce that the building permit for NaturResidenz Steglitz has been officially granted. This marks an important milestone – and now we are entering the implementation phase to soon turn our vision of sustainable, high-quality living in Steglitz into reality.

With the building permit granted, the active implementation phase of NaturResidenz Steglitz can now begin. Over the coming months, the project will be realised step by step: from preparing the building site to completing the modern flats.

First, the foundations will be laid to ensure a smooth and safe construction process. This will be followed by the start of building construction, when the vision of the project will become visible for the first time. As the project progresses, the characteristic appearance of the NaturResidenz will emerge: modern architecture, natural materials and a clear commitment to sustainable construction. At the same time, the interiors will be designed with a focus on quality, comfort and a healthy living environment.

Once the construction work is complete, the final steps follow: finishing touches, quality controls and preparation for handover to the future owners.
